Plus, a one-time enrollment fee of $99. The enrollment fee is paid only once the membership remains current. Contour Aesthetics Clinic membership is a 12-month minimum term, which automatically renews each year unless the notice below is provided after a 12 month term. After the 12 month minimum term the membership becomes month to month. To cancel a membership after a 12-month term, a 60-day written notice via email is required. To cancel a membership before 12 months minimum term has lapsed, the member must have moved more than 15 miles from Contour Aesthetics Clinic and will be required to send current utility bill (gas, water or electricity) with the address in a minimum of a $99 short-term cancellation fee will be due to terminate membership. All cancellation requests due to moving must be sent to [email protected] with the supporting documentation

Monthly membership dues are exclusive to Contour Aesthetics Clinic cannot be supplemented by any other promotional vendor programs.
The monthly membership starts the day you sign up for the membership and renews on that day each month
Contour Aesthetics Clinic membership allows banking of the monthly membership payment if it was not used.
Membership fee cannot be offset by any in-store credit and must be paid by a Visa/MasterCard / Discover.
Membership funds, the balance of a member’s virtual wallet, cannot be transferred to the virtual wallet of any member or regular Contour Aesthetics Clinic client.
Monthly membership fees are drafted on a 30-day rolling basis and are typically withdrawn on the same calendar day each month.
Membership payments are non-refundable.
Membership pricing, promotions and offers are non-transferable and are for the members use only, unless otherwise noted.
