Your membership begins the day you sign up and renews on that date each month. Member discounts and benefits are renewed on that date as well. For example if you sign up on January 16th 2024 you’ll have until February 15th 2024 to use your monthly payment benefit or you have an option to bank it and use it later.

These are HUGE savings that ONLY apply to monthly members.

The minimum membership term is 12 months. The longer you stay a member the more you’re able to maximize the physical and financial benefits. The monthly Contour Aesthetics Clinic VIP membership ranges from $19, $29, or $49 a month which is banked for the member to use. The one time enrollment fee of $50 is paid upfront. The enrollment fee is paid only once if the membership remains current.

Contour Aesthetics Clinic VIP memberships are for a 12-month minimum term. Memberships automatically renew each year unless they provide written notice. To cancel the Contour Aesthetics Clinic VIP membership program prior to the 12-month term being completed a $99 early cancellation fee will be applied. After 3 months of delinquent monthly payments, membership will be canceled and any savings that are in your Contour Aesthetics Clinic VIP membership account will be used to pay the delinquent monthly payments. After one year, the member can cancel with a 60-day notice via email. Email: [email protected]

Terms & Conditions

  1. The monthly membership starts the day you sign up for the membership and renews on that day each month
  2. Contour aesthetics Clinic membership allows banking of the monthly membership payment if it was not used.
  3. Membership pricing, promotions and offers are non-transferable and are for the members use only, unless otherwise noted.
  4. Monthly membership dues cannot be supplemented by any other promotional vendor program such as Allie, Aspire rewards, etc.
  5. Any membership fee that has returned for insufficient funds, incorrect card number of card information is considered in arrears and due to contour aesthetics Clinic. If membership is considered in arrears, membership services and discounts will not be available for use until balance is paid up to and including the current month due.
  6. After 3 months of delinquent monthly payments, membership will be canceled and any savings that are in your contour aesthetics Clinic account will be applied to pay for the delinquent monthly payments.
  7. Membership fee cannot be offset by any in-store credit and must be paid by a Visa/MasterCard / Discover.
  8. Membership funds, the balance of a member’s virtual wallet, cannot be transferred to the virtual wallet of any member or regular Contour Aesthetics Clinic client.
  9. Monthly membership fees are drafted on a 30-day rolling basis and are typically withdrawn on the same calendar day each month.
  10. Appointment availability or provider availability is not and cannot be guaranteed. 
  11. Contour Aesthetics Clinic members agree to abide by Contour Aesthetics Clinic policies.
  12. Membership payments are non-refundable.
  13. All Contour Aesthetics Clinic memberships will receive more flexibility in their appointment reservations.
  14. Promotions cannot be combined with Contour Aesthetics Clinic member benefits.
  15. Promotions can be subject to change.
  16. Terms and conditions subject to change at Contour Aesthetics Clinic discretion. Members will be notified.
